Lumina Homes is a real estate developer here in the Philippines. They have a lot of sites nationwide. One of their problems is to fill-up multiple forms for each buyer. It takes 45 mins to 1 hour to prepare all the forms per account. They manually input the customer details in each form using PDF application. Some of the details appear in multiple forms. Imagine the workload. They came up to the idea to have an automated system to solve this problem.

This system solved the problem. I developed this system to lessen the workload. Each account can be finished in just 5 minutes. They just input all the customer details, then choose the form. The system will shoot the details on each designated area of the PDF forms. There's also an automatic computation on other forms, no need to manually calculate the prices. This tool really helped their staff to be effective and efficient.
